Email help@myoldie.com and a person will reply, usually within two business days. Include the email address you signed up with and, if it helps, the name of your dog.
Common questions
How do I add my partner or family to my household?
Open Household settings, tap Share invite, and send them the six-character code. They sign up, choose Join a household, and enter it. There is no limit on members and nothing to pay.
Does one Remove ads purchase really cover the whole household?
Yes. If any member of the household has bought it, the ads are off for everyone in the household. It is a single purchase with no renewal, and it restores on any phone signed in to the same store account.
Who gets the reminders?
Every medication and care task can be assigned to specific people, and if nobody is chosen everyone in the household is reminded. Anyone can mark anything done, and the history records who did.
My dog has passed. What happens in the app?
In your dog's profile, choose Mark as passed. All reminders stop immediately. Their records, weights, vaccines and birthday letters stay, and you can export them at any time. If this was done by mistake, it can be reversed from the same place.
Can I get my data out?
History can be exported as PDF or CSV from the History tab, which is handy for vet visits. Birthday letters can be shared as text or PDF. For a full copy of your account data, email help@myoldie.com.
I subscribed to Oldie Household before. What happens now?
Your subscription keeps the ads off until it ends, and everything else is free for everyone. Subscriptions are managed by the App Store or Google Play, not by Oldie. On iPhone: Settings, your name, Subscriptions. On Android: Play Store, your profile, Payments and subscriptions.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, open your name in the corner of Today and choose Delete account. Or go to myoldie.com/delete-account, sign in and confirm. Deletion is immediate. If you are the only member of a household, the household's records are removed too; otherwise the others keep them. You can also email help@myoldie.com from the address you signed up with and we complete it within 30 days.
Is the senior care reference medical advice?
No. It is general information with sources listed on every entry. Talk to your vet about your dog.
