OldieDelete your account
Sign in with the account you use in the Oldie app, then confirm. This is the same as Delete account under your name in the app.
What is deleted
- Your sign-in and profile (name, email, language and reminder settings, device tokens).
- If you are the only member of your household: the household and everything in it. Every dog's profile, care tasks, medications, vaccines and certificates, weights, history, letters and vets.
- If others remain in the household: your membership and your task assignments. The household keeps its records, and the longest-standing member becomes the owner. Log entries you made stay in the household's history without your name.
Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone. A subscription to Oldie Household is not cancelled by deleting the account; manage it in Google Play or the App Store.

Forgot the password? Reset it from the sign-in screen in the app. Signed up with Apple? Delete your account from inside the app, or email help@myoldie.com from the address you used.

Thank you for having Oldie along for part of your dog's story. If you ever come back, you are welcome.
Prefer to ask us? Email help@myoldie.com from the address you signed up with and we complete the deletion within 30 days. Our privacy policy describes what we keep and for how long.
