These terms are an agreement between you and Situated Strategies LLC for use of the Oldie app. By using Oldie you agree to them.
What Oldie is
Oldie is a record-keeping and reminder tool for dog care. It is not veterinary advice and does not replace your vet. The senior care reference is general information with sources listed; decisions about your dog's health are yours and your vet's.
Your account and household
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you record and for whom you invite into your household. Members of a household can see and edit that household's records.
Oldie Household subscription
- Oldie Household is an auto-renewing subscription: 4.99 USD per month or 39.99 USD per year, charged through the App Store or Google Play at confirmation of purchase.
- It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
- One active subscription unlocks the whole household. On Apple devices it is also shareable through Family Sharing.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
On Apple devices, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
Acceptable use
Do not use Oldie to store content you do not have the right to store, to interfere with the service, or to try to access other households.
Availability and liability
We work to keep Oldie running and reminders on time, but we cannot guarantee it. Oldie is provided as is, and to the extent the law allows, Situated Strategies LLC is not liable for missed reminders or for decisions made on the basis of information in the app.
