Open Household settings, tap Share invite, and send them the six-character code. They sign up, choose Join a household, and enter it. Each household needs Oldie Household for more than one member; one purchase covers everyone.

Yes. If any member of the household has an active Oldie Household subscription, the whole household is unlocked. On iPhone, the subscription also works with Apple Family Sharing.

On the free plan, reminders go to you. With Oldie Household, every medication and care task can be assigned to specific people, and if nobody is chosen everyone in the household is reminded. Anyone can mark anything done, and the history records who did.

In your dog's profile, choose Mark as passed. All reminders stop immediately. Their records, weights, vaccines and birthday letters stay, and you can export them at any time. If this was done by mistake, it can be reversed from the same place.

History can be exported as PDF or CSV from the History tab, which is handy for vet visits. Birthday letters can be shared as text or PDF. For a full copy of your account data, email help@myoldie.com.

Subscriptions are managed by the App Store or Google Play, not by Oldie. On iPhone: Settings, your name, Subscriptions. On Android: Play Store, your profile, Payments and subscriptions.

Email help@myoldie.com from the address you signed up with and ask for deletion. Your account and its data are removed within 30 days. If you are the only member of a household, the household's records are removed too.
